The International Journal of Education Studies and Social Science Research (IJESSSR) publishes peer-reviewed, open-access journals covering a wide range of academic disciplines. To ensure a smooth and efficient publication process, authors are requested to read the following guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscripts.
Manuscript Submission
- All manuscripts must be submitted through the Online Manuscript Submission System.
- Manuscripts should be prepared in MS Word (2003 or above).
- All submissions must be written in English.
- The manuscript should be well-structured and divided into the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
Manuscript Preparation
1. Paper Title
- The title should be brief, specific, and informative, with no more than 20 words.
2. Author Details
- Full names of all authors should be provided.
- Multiple author names should be separated by commas.
- Each author’s academic affiliation, city, postcode, country, and email (optional) must be included.
- The corresponding author should be clearly identified, and their email address is mandatory.
3. Abstract
- The abstract should summarize the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.
- It should be a single paragraph of not more than 200 words.
4. Keywords
- Authors should provide 3 to 8 keywords or short phrases for indexing purposes.
5. Introduction
- Provide a brief overview of the research scope, relevance, and background.
- Highlight the significance of the study in the context of previous research.
6. Materials and Methods
- Clearly describe the research design, type, duration, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and methodology.
- Include details on sample collection, processing, laboratory analysis, and statistical methods used.
- Use logical section headings and subheadings (e.g., 1, 1.1, 1.1.1).
7. Results
- Present findings objectively and concisely.
- Use tables, figures, and illustrations where appropriate.
- Each result should be clearly described in the text.
8. Discussion
- Interpret and analyze the results in relation to previous studies.
- Highlight the significance and implications of your findings.
- Explain unexpected results, if any.
9. Conclusion
- Provide a clear summary of the research findings.
- Suggest implications, limitations, or directions for future research.
Publication Process
- Acknowledgement of Submission: Authors receive a confirmation email with a manuscript ID after submission.
- Plagiarism Check: Manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software.
- Peer Review: Papers undergo double-blind peer review by experts.
- Editorial Decision: Based on reviewers’ comments, the editor may:
- Accept the paper
- Request revisions and re-submission
- Reject the paper
- Acceptance Notification: If accepted, authors receive an acceptance letter within 5–7 days.
